Fantastic Cabernet…. Paired incredibly well with our slow braised short ribs… jammy, dark fruit, and semi bold. Got another bottle that I’m going to let sit a little longer and compare.

Got this at Cakebread in Napa in February 2020 for about $45. (Their tour is amazing and they're so nice there.) This red blend is just so balanced and enjoyable. Some earthy, some berry flavor. Great with grilled steak and chocolate.

Notes of cherry and plum berry. Very smooth with the cab franc. Not as bold as normal cab. Went well with beef tenderloin.
