bottled in 16 and base is 15, reserve wine from 14/13. Disgorged 3-4 months ago. very yeasty, mineral, more burgundian, butter and very chardonnay, bready, yeasty, apple skins, 7 years in the cellar, pear, apple, cherry, wow what a mouthfeel and juicy and fresh and explosive, and tiny berry fruit and apple skins and so so sappy. Inner mouth aromas and the finale is saline, finish is forever and has amazing delineation and salinity. The nose after 6-7 hours is very well defined. So yeast and bready. Airy and saline. Super elegant. So juicy and elegant. Super sapid. Juicy. 9.3 to 9.4. So clean.

NV but fairly old base wine I think. 5g dosage. 50% Chardonnay, then PM&PN. Bright. Mineral. Very tasty.
