Inner mouth aromas and the finale is saline, finish is forever and has amazing delineation and salinity. The nose after 6-7 hours is very well defined. So yeast and bready. Airy and saline. Super elegant. So juicy and elegant. Super sapid. Juicy. 9.3 to 9.4. So clean.

Only Damery grapes. More chalk than clay.
Damery has all diff soils.
Base yr 16 - very good year.
Nose: Hints of white flowers. More as it opens.
Palate: more laser-like. Laser punch in the face. So so mineral. So alive. Almost crunchy minerals. Delicious. Elegantly rich. Silky.
Finish: long. Mineral. Juicy. Sweet lemons.

NV but fairly old base wine I think. 5g dosage. 50% Chardonnay, then PM&PN. Bright. Mineral. Very tasty.
