Pears, pepper and subtle taste of minerals. Interesting color (greenish) for a Pinot.

An easy, soft Pinot Grigio. Flowery pineapple gives way to a creamy tangerine with a tinge of lemon peel. A pleasant backdrop to sushi. Have to say, though, I'm not a fan of screw caps. Call me a snob, but the cap taints the quality/value of the wine in my eyes (even if it really doesn't affect it). Where's the romance? I love the pop of a cork. Let me "unscrew" your wine for you doesn't have quite the same feeling to it...

Floral nose, light feel and a crisp, clean finish. Hint of minerality with pear and nectarine flavors.
