Light, almost translucent ruby color, light cherry nose with a hint of vanilla and faint legs. Bright sweet cherry and plum taste, and very smooth tannins. I didnt think it was as spicy nor did it have a longer finish than I expected.

It was a great wine overall, great price and superior drinkability. Would recommend as a light, introductory red or for someone wanting to try wines from all over the world.

Pretty light red color with thin legs. Faint cherry and raspberry on the nose. Juicy red, sweet cherries and very smooth tannins as far as the last goes. Shorter finish than I was expecting, it definitely gets better with a bit of breathing.

It was my first Portuguese wine, it was good, great wine for the value and smooth drinkability. It was underwhelming however, I would count out Portuguese wines!

Nice wine for the money! Very deep red in the glass and a nose of tomato and alcohol. Taste of dry red berries, nice tannins and acidity. Not sure if i can say this, but remeniscent of balsamic, without the vinegar taste. — 7 years ago

Clear, yellow-green pear color in the glass. Very faint and fruity sweet nose. Light acidity and a light, lasting dryness. Flavors of melon and kiwi that open up substantially as the wine warms up. Good classic Chablis, great for a summer evening on the patio. — 7 years ago
