Giné Giné Priorat Garnacha Blend
Wow, didn’t expect 15% alcohol. He well priced Prioratwith all that dry extract you expect. Lots of dark Spanish fruit, but with garnacha red fruit too.

Nov 17th, 2019Bold, age worthy, Garnacha. Firm structure where that stoney/slate-y minerality is the star over some good grip and red berry fruit. 15% alc but still balanced. Air is kind.

Oct 13th, 2019I’m sure there are incredible Garnachas out there but I don’t know that I have ever had one (recommendations welcome). This was tight knit, structured, and intentionally made but the cooked fruit, high abv, and oak just didn’t work for me and rarely does.

Apr 28th, 2021Subtle smells of dark summer berries and leather shop, hints of summer herbs and warming spices in the bouquet. Plum, cranberry, and blackberry on the palate with soft black tea tannins on a short-ish finish. Good weeknight sipper, nice food wine. Went well with the pizza and hot sauce.
