Sonoma County Chardonnay

Really good Pinot. Delicate with hints of black currant and leather notes. Good everyday Pinot.

No body, too short. Too strong on the alcohol

Sweeter #chardonnay with surprising floral and white peach aromas. It's better nicely chilled since that balances out some of the sweetness. They claim to be the first California plantation winery but they went with a modern unoaked Chard, to their credit.

Another pleasant surprise after an impulse buy.

Much, much sweeter than I prefer.

Very floral body with a fruity overtone and honeysuckle. Slightly acidic and floral finish. Would go well with cheeses and peppers

Black cherries, menthol - mint. The minty menthol over powers the fruit at the moment. Very intense. Nice balance between the tannins & acid. Very closed, with not a lot of fruit at the moment. Quite oaky & austere. Dry, slightly chalky. Needs to open.
