Pale lemon-hued. Aromas of apple, citrus, cream, lime, mushroom, and pear. Soft and rounded on the palate with a supple finish and a touch of minerals. Medium body and high acidity. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.

Yeasty, bready, with some crisp apples on the nose. Dry, Some yeast & some apples with lots of acid & minerals. Not bad, but it's missing something.
