This went well with our grilled cheese- especially the Cotswold half. It is a very rich style with expensive tasting French oak and high quality lime flavors, but a little flat. I guess I just like Chablis best.

Lime meets apple, high acid meets dense viscosity (or is it surface tension...?), and savory, mouthwatering rock meets a nutty, butterscotch spice. Bewildering. I could probably be sold on how good this wine is, only later to be convinced that I hate it, before ultimately coming back around and loving it. Bizarre.
