Bonurei Nebbiolo d'Alba

Dense, supple, juicy. Very approachable but has plenty of structure.

Such a pale garnet color, transparent to the point where I can read a book through a full glass. Big on fresh and zippy flavor, though. Tart raspberries, bing cherries, and a touch of leather. High acidity and very fine tannins. Pretty yummy.

This is a friendly little Nebbiolo. Structured nicely, with everything in its right place. Bright and juicy red berries, a touch of tar and tobacco, modest acidity and tannins. No need to age this one, it's ready to boogie.

For a young Neb, this daily nails it. Fresh cherry blossoms, peonies, crisp and tart cherry. Drop of tar as it heats up. Surprisingly mellow tannins. Perfection with Artichoke pizza. 15%er. Another year laid down, and this thing bangs.

Like the flavor and body a lot. High in tannin and dries out the mouth. Fairly acidic

Really wonderful wine. Very smooth. Terrific fruit. No tannins. Hint of leather.
