I haven’t had a Cali Chardonnay in a long time. This is very nice. Golden color. Nose has ripe pit fruit, light vanillin, and a background note of crushed rocks. Mouthfilling but not heavy at all, the palate is more on the savory side. I like the juxtaposition of the light mouthfeel with lots of flavor.

Color of deep gold. Nose is very nutty with honey and flowering note, quite sweet from the fragrance, some spice, ripe pineapple, and indeed some more honey and nutty notes. Taste follows similar notes with addition of zest, some lemon Sprite flavors, plum, some spice, and some oak. Aftertaste is dominated by honey and zest note, some savory spice and medium long. Very interesting one. An exotic Chardonnay from my point of view.
