Clear, pale gold with clean pronounced aromas if jasmine, citrus and lychee. Crisp and refreshing with a long finish. Flavors of citrus, pear, white melon.

Grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, lemon candy, slate and hints of tangerine. Great acidity and minerality.

Kiwi, citrus, pungent, slate minerality and great acid. Yum! For the price, an amazing food wine. Kicking butt with some pasta. Thanks for the fresh herbs Doug, made all the difference :)

oak masks a lot of the character of the varietal, fairly neutral in aroma (outside if the toast, butter, and baking spices)

Grassy, herbaceous, lemon, kiwi, chalk and melon on the palate. Nice acidity with chalky minerality, lemongrass, gooseberry and honeydew melon rind on the palate.

Overtly aromatic, toasty oak, loads of vanilla and apricot flavors. Pretty fresh, though simple.

The Au Naturel is fresh as a daisy version of Collio rather than NZ/Sancerre. Elegant and pungent aromas and flavors, yet full and rich. Intriguing stuff.

$26 Medium nose. Notes of pear, green apple, lemongrass, lemon rind, spice and vanilla on the nose. Light body. Low alcohol. Low acid. Medium tannins. Dry. There are notes of pear, green apple and grass on the palate. This is a delicious, refreshing white that's easy to drink and well balanced. There are subtle notes of oak that increase the complexity. This is a great example of SB done well. Definitely drink again!
