This is the first Pinot I have tried from the Umpqua Valley in Oregon. The nose is a little challenged. Getting strawberry jam, Caramel, vanilla bean and a bit of minerality. On the palate there is good strawberries, sour cherries on the front end into the mid palate. The strawberries tend to drift. Off once into the mid palate. Some tannins but weak. The fruit does not carry through and loses it zest on the finish. I find this weak and uninteresting.

Lovin on some puppets. Bright cherry, some vanilla, soft tannin. Like a slice of sour cherry pie with a little drizzle of vanilla bean honey...fades rather quick on the palate, but like any good slice of pie, you're left wanting "just another sliver".

A pretty wine with bright cherry, cedar, and nutmeg on the nose. Palate is balanced with a medium (-) body, spice, mustard seed, and a really silky texture. Nice.
