Great Sauv Blanc. So much going on in the nose, white pepper, white peach, jasmine flower, ripe papayas it goes on and on. Paired perfectly with the pork belly and watermelon.

8-year-old late harvest. Deep, rich apricot. Sweet and pairs fantastically with dessert with enough zing not to be overpowering. Could use another layer.
