As someone who is often quick to dismiss Sauvignon Blanc, I’m very happy to report that Bow & Arrow is making one of the most memorable bottlings I’ve tasted anywhere. Showing it’s attributes the way a good showdog might, knowing what she has.
And that’d be lychee extract, sweet tangerine, coconut, pineapple, sweet sake, vanilla, dulce de ledge, and butterfinger. Extraordinarily deep and ripe and all in wonderful restraint.

Sep 2nd, 2018I am continually impressed with Bow and Arrow. Funky, high-acid, beeswax notes reads more like a Chenin Blanc than a Sauvignon Blanc. Lots of complexity. And ultimately so fun to drink very cold on the patio with some good chevre and baguette.

May 27th, 2018Sauvignon Blanc fruit w a natural wine funk and fuller mouthfeel. Pear skin, oxidized apple, raw honey, musty cheese, creme brûlée (w/o malolactic fermentation, no less). The full body and acidity is an incredible balance. It tastes like a spring wind full of polen mixed with a funky cheese in a dark bar.
