I am generally a huge fan of all things Bow & Arrow, and especially Air Guitar - this Cab Franc/Cab Sauv blend. Depth from CS, and acid and funk from CF, this is just a great wine. Plus, this wine conjures visions of what Willamette Valley CS may be be doing in a decade or two due to climate change.

Juicy like a Beaujolais with herbal notes. Good with a light chill. I had it with scialatielli alle vongole.

This was perfect with dinner at Olympia provisions. Such an awesome blend that drinks well on its own but is magical with food. Beaujolais meets Loire meets Portland. So good!
