Received this bottle as a present and forgot about it until the very end of 2019/beginning of 2020. It teeters on the edge of being bitter. One imagines peach pits, moss, maybe pecans and dried sultanas. It isn’t at all too sweet or too dry, but the flavor is difficult.

Clean crisp apple, all steel no oak. With sea bass en papillote. Probably too dainty for a Super Bowl dinner, but it's still delicious!
