even though the alc. was a bit too high at 15.2 there was balance. sometime there was a whiff of old world and other times pure Cali octane... this 2009 scored high, and should be drank within the next 3 to 5 years

Simply delicious. Quintessential Napa Valley cab: chewy, weighty, leather, black fruit, but with finesse. A joy to savor with a braised Italian beef short rib dinner in celebration of my husband’s promotion!
