Super-dry and carbonated, a little bit of cleaning solution, but in a good way

Fuuunky! Over carbed, due to whatever they used as bottle yeast. Champagne maybe? A classic bottle fermentation primer. Rubber bands and band aids. Pine, dried lemon zest. This is a very interesting beverage. Too pricey for experimentation. Better opened after an hour.

Dandelion, peaches, sweat, Dial soap, sawdust. Keeps on opening up... 20 minutes later and the expression is huge.

Great saison Brett. This one really evolve after you pour it. Pour and wait 30+ minutes. I'm a huge barnyard fan did not feel it. I guess it needs to be in the cellar for years before showing its true colors.
