Mineral, restrained, elegant, balanced. What I love in OR PN. Good job! — 6 years ago

Easily one of the best still rosés I’ve ever had. Gobs of fresh, lean fruit complexity. Subtle herbaceousness, leesy savory richness. Nothing overripe. Beautiful, mouthwatering acidity. Clean, refined and sturdy structure. All of it’s characteristics are typical to great Pinot Noir. Way to make a rose to shame other PN rosés. I’m told it’s the winemaker from White Rose’s family’s own wine, and family-run company. Not Saigneé, but picked to vinify rosé, 50 percent whole cluster, Domingo vineyard Willamette Valley AVA. Thank you Donnie from Jackrabbit for the wine. — 7 years ago

So many perfect things about this wine. Natty harmony. Perfect with briny olives or morel mushrooms. I could have mistaken this for R. Lopez de. Herredia, Rioja or Domaine Octavin, Jura. — 7 years ago
I’ve been wanting to try HV Semillon for a long time. First I’ve seen in Portland. Love it. Fresh, zip zap acidity. Maybe a little RS. Semillon waxy body and finish. A little high toned savoriness too. — 7 years ago
Acidity still fresh and lively. Wasabi and peppery high toned finish that is quite welcome in the overall balance. Great with Japanese flavors of soy, miso, seaweed, and katsuobushi. — 6 years ago
Beautiful, fun wine. What is the cepage, I wonder?! — 7 years ago
