Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Chardonnay

Magnum. Strange flavor profile. A bit flat.

Limpid white flowers and classic CC fruit profile. Loads of minerality and resolved slatiness. Hints of lime and very pure and long. Real texture in the mouth and great balance.

I thought this would be delicious....and it was! Mineral, acid and hints of flint and roasted apple, so good, Montrachet is truly magical

Slow jams all day

Nice fruit and structure. Not premoxed but it's a little advanced versus where the 04 vintage should be at right now. Was just OK.

Salmiak, perzik, hout, opvallende zuren.

Deep and clear nose. Oily minerality and a great slatey middle. Delicious
