Booker Vineyard
My Favorite Neighbor Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally agree with my bud @Ron R - everything he says - lots of smiles delights and good Joyce - drink now but most likely improve over a few years of cellaring but not much - nice enjoyable wine / all smiles

Again, excellent. I detect a hint of greenness in this vintage. Displays the gnarly Paso signature, but with grace and poise. However, the 16 vintage was slightly better.
Day 2 and the greeness has evaporated. This implies that cellaring could be its friend.

Certainly upper echelon for Pass Cab Sav. Rich and extracted. Long finish.

Aroma of black currant, blackberry cobbler, smoke, tar, dates and caramel. Very mild fruit at the forefront of the palate with a long profile and pencil lead on the finish, and cedar. Amazing for a young cab- complex and smooth
