Wow. Very nice cab, elegant, with constraint tannins but good structure. Layers of fruit, but not to forward. Excellent.

Aroma of black currant, blackberry cobbler, smoke, tar, dates and caramel. Very mild fruit at the forefront of the palate with a long profile and pencil lead on the finish, and cedar. Amazing for a young cab- complex and smooth

One of my favorite value wines. Solid structure, nice ripe red and black fruit, tannic, but opens up quickly, even for a 2019. Nice mouthfeel. Lacking depth and complexity, but again, it is a $50 wine.

Nice fruit. Bit tight, but paired really nicely with a soft and creamy blue cheese. Wow, nice combo. Helps the wine soften up. Still a good value, but I remembered previous vintages more fondly.

What a great bottle of wine. The Cab Sav is 2019 and is not as heavy as many others. We love it! Great bottle.

There’s an absolute elegance to this beast from Paso. WA gave it 96pts and I’m right there too. The ‘17 was not nearly as nice as this. Big mashed berries nose, with silky tannins and rich Cherry. A little smoked tobacco rounds out a wonderful experience.
