Not much info these days on the label about the grape varieties used, but it’s fruity, full flavored, an almost viscous body, and it’s orange in color. Not much skin astringency for an orange, but you know all they’ll talk about is the color. Good value though.
The vineyard website suggests a 44.5/25/14/9.5/7 blend of Grenache Blanc, Pinot Gris, Grenache Gris, Orange Muscat and Chenin Blanc, with aromas of stone fruit and citrus with flavors of peach, apricot and citrus peel. Fair enough

This wine has a beautiful copper color in the glass. The nose is laden with minerals and stone fruit, as one would expect from a white wine. The mouthfeel leans a bit toward red wine territory, or at least a crisp rosé. Red fruit appears in the flavor profile, along with apricots and peaches. There is quite a bit of acidity and freshness to the sip. The finish is long and clean.

Blood orange, lemon, tangerine, apple, peach and slate. Great acidity and balance.

Agree with @David Shaw’s review. Not great, but good.

Orange, excellent clarity. Pepper note in nose. Not much flavor initially, just a hint of sweetness, finish of tangerine peel and white pepper. Rounded mouthfeel with some mild skin astringency, no surprise for an orange or extended skin contact wine. After a couple of hours, I coaxed some peach flavor out of it; might need some air, more likely I overchilled it. Reasonably priced, decent value. 80/10/10 blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache and Orange Muscat. Beware of strange dirigibles in your vineyard while you are at it… (check the fine print on their label)

New vintage, but still afflicted by a strange hovering pestilence in the vineyard. Better than phylloxera I suppose… But the tasting notes: orange color, excellent clarity. Not much on the nose. Decent acidity, dry, creamy finish with plenty of becoming skin tannins. Flavors are a mix of citrus and orchard fruit. Not getting much of the Muscat, though. 80/10/10 blend of Grenache, Grenache Blanc and Orange Muscat. I quite like the creamy, fruity finish.

Cute Le Cigare label, but with a orange ray from the UFO. Color is definitely amber/orange in the glass. Smells like a few Rhone whites I’ve tried. Candied citrus peels and ripe gooseberries. Nice flavors. Crispness. Apples. Like a Newton Pippin. Not spectacular nor worth the $16 I paid. Jus kinda like a deeper Rosé. Dry. That’s nice.

Love Bonny Doon but a little disappointed with this white blend. Prominent apricot and peach with subtle citrus. I know, I expected more sweetness because of the color. I’m glad that wasn’t there but felt this was lacking something.
