Costco finally got this back in. Its been awhile. I like it better at $49 than $59. Either price it’s a beautiful N/V cuvée.

Because no reason at all and we need to drink more Champagne. Bolly “special cuvée” offers a pretty great value in non-vintage from big name producers. It has that rich brioche and sea foam salinity that I love and often have to pay way more $$ for to get in Champagne. Super delicious and a great way to start a meal.

A treat from Saison Group Wine Dir. Mark Bright. 1980’s release. Delicious, still fresh and with some bubbles present. A perfectly evolved aged champagne. Pristine condition as the bottles never left the Bollinger cellars until last week.
