Tough vintage, but producer prevails #saberit

Creamy bubbles with a lot of texture. Wonderful catalyst this wine.

Mycket bogna äpplen, konserverade päron, hasselnötter, brioche och vörtbröd, snäckskal och rund. Väldigt aromatiskt.

1997 RD. Medium lemon hue. Nutty, brioche and caramelised apple rind. Green apple fruit notes with honey. On the palate, exquisite. Good balance of fruit, acidity and concentration. Light touch but long finish. Very enjoyable if you like the Bolli style.

Unfortunately damaged - what U get @ auctions. Nose o wood n cork in spite of decanting n waiting. Very limited fruit n flavours.
