Alsace Pinot Gris

Butterscotch, caramel and a touch grapefruit rind. Went really well with masala dosa.

2009. Stinky anise-saffron-honey botrytis surrounded by white stone fruit, flowers, & definite RS. Quite pleasant, I wish I had more to hang on to.

Really great. Light, nice acid, and delicious finish of citrus. Crushable and a fun partner for perogies and bacon.

We committed infanticide here. Will for sure be beautiful but the rest of the case is going back in the cellar for a year before we try another.
