More ripe fruit on the nose and on the palate. Similar tire and smoke quality. Pepper dialed down. A bit juicer in general but some balancing wet rock and some roasted pepper. Definitely a bit more complete than Corte C, but less my style. So much cherry.

My crockpot enchilada soup is spicy and perfect for this rain-soaked evening. Paired with this beautiful wine from Argentina. It's soft red fruit flavors stood up to the heat, and melded perfectly. So glad my wine closet showed it to me.

Deep ruby color. Earthy aromas of sage, lavender, leather, tobacco, and dried plums. Medium + body, medium + tannins, with additional flavors of sweet fruitcake, cherry, and brandy. Medium + finish, with lots of room to improve with bottle age. Such a powerful expression of what Argentina does best!

Dark cherries, raspberries, strawberries, violets, brisk acidity, and moderate mineral finish. Pure concentrated candied fruit, with discreet oak.

Strong cherry notes, opens up strong, lighter finish.
