30 Años Amontillado Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palomino Fino
There’s a special place in my heart for this bottle. It’s the first bottle of really really good sherry I can remember trying and despite years of tasting, it may still be the best. Retrying Tradición Amontillado over a decade later, it’s as spectacular as I remember. I wrote a bunch of notes then deleted them. Too hard to do justice to this beautiful wine.
