A fantastic white! 50% Sauvignon Blanc 50% Macabeo. I’ve never tasted the Macabeo grape before. Such a light refreshing wine from Jumilla. I absolutely love it!

Lemon and mango fruit on the palate with hints of fresh cut grass, fresh leafy herbs and orange zest. Persistent finish. Very crisp, fresh and vibrant. A bit of heft and texture which makes it a nice “food white.” Thanks for the bottle, Kase!

Aug 28th, 2024nice nose of tropical fruits and mango. acidity comes when you try: lemon grass, lime, green apple, citrus and straw (yep, this is blend of sauvignon blanc… and macabeo).
nice, smooth, but to much acidity as for me.
