Nice volcanic minerality rosado

Medium salmon; medium intensity aromas of strawberries, green melon, watermelon, underripe pineapple, dried apricot; dry, high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors of lemon, strawberry, watermelon, raspberries, tart pineapple core, kaffir lime leaves; long finish, incredibly concentrated and ripe, very good

Bell pepper, kerosene strawberry. Well balanced

With red lentil soup, pitch perfect. Rose with soul.

1rst rose ive tried from the Canaries. A distant cousin of Lopez de Heredia’s Rose, which I havent seen in these parts for several years, which is to say its delicious, layered, salty, w different moods.

Watermelon, passionfruit, prickly pear, and sea spray. Bit herbaceous. Always has this light orange hue in the glass.

Quite refreshing, strawberry flavors and good acidity.

I’ve had other Bermejos wines, but never their rosé. My new favorite from the Canary Islands. Pink-orange hue, watermelon and strawberry, some citrus. Great fruit concentration and mouth-watering acid with distinct volcanic minerals and some sea salt. Winner for summer.
