Very interesting, exciting dessert wine. The amber color is insane. @Cinc Sentits Barcelona with foie gras.

2016 vintage. Lemon peel, rocks, chamomile, hay, green tea. Super mineral-driven with pretty firm and muscular structure. Long finish. 🌋 Volcano wine!
