Toasted Walnut, coffee, dark caramel, sea salt, dried prune. Dry.

Not the most complex but so powerful and saline. Exactly perfect after-long-day drink.

Richness in body and texture with notes of bruises stone fruit, sea salt, brine, and unsweetened caramel

Hints of smoke char, bitters dried fruit and walnuts. Nice intensity on palate and nose.

Love this. The nose makes me think sweet but the palate is salty and savory. Yum.

Green apple jolly rancher, fried pecans, saline, creme brûlé, burnt caramel. Great acid, oily rich texture, dry nutty finish.
