Muted nose, but very flavorful. Citrus-focused, lemon and lime. Nice weight and texture, has verve and a nice finish. Great value.

Nov 3rd, 2021Fresh, cool, crisp, clean as a whistle. Aromas of white flowers, a touch of jasmine.
On the palate this shows nice concentration, purity and a certain desiring either a mineral backbone. Not really fruit driven - rather salty, rocky, juicy minerality and a certain tension hanging there. This is actually pretty serious and much better than I expected! I wonder how it will age…
