A delicious wine that has aged quite well. Reminded me of an aged Riesling a bit with some petrol and banana peel aromas. Still nice lemony acidity with a rounded structure which is slightly creamy and still has some orchard fruit flavors. Very nice finish which shows the savory nuance of the aging process. I think we only paid like €12 for this in Spain!!

Ek, ceder, gul frukt, plommon, blyertspenna. Speciell karaktär, fungerar någorlunda till lax i ugn, gratinerad med creme fraiche (gärna parmesan), potatis och broccoli.
