Cant get much better than this. Unless youre getting some tangy sheep's cheese out to go with it... Well worth booking and visiting the bodega in Jerez too. Artesanal small-scale production with a personalised tour.

Loved this Oloroso En Rama, too. Very pronounced soy sauce, roasted almond spice aromas. Huge fruit and umami flavors, complex and lengthy.

Bottle date on back was from the very end of 2014.

Great, fun and recommended! Not transcendental, but this lasted me throughout the week at a great price. Highly enjoyable oloroso, definite nutty flavors and a hint of that phenolic oxidized edge but not harsh. Very sippable. Still learning more about sherry but I love these oloroso bottles in 750 mil at moderate prices, as they last a bit and are a great little after work delight on a hot day.
