Wow! What a pleasant surprise. Cork had some streaking despite ideal conditions...which made me think it was something leftover from bottling. Incredible aromas of black cherry and spice box. Flavors of dark cherries and spices. Outstanding structure. Text book Rioja. Stunning. Wish I had more.

Took awhile to open but great after that

Started strong out of the gate, but fell flat shortly thereafter. Nothing spectacular here, IMO.

Probably kept it too long, but really quite good still.

Wow what a great Tempranillo we just finished at Casalax in Zaragoza, Spain.

Only 31 Euros in Restaurant and was awesome.

Definitely a buy if you can find it.

Taninos y madera muy suaves. Un Rioja bastante clásico. Invita a seguir con el una vez acabada la cena.

2004- nice finish really opened up for the second glass.

Quite civilized. Smooth & distinguished, especially for its humble ticket.
