Unique chocolate prune thing going on that was familiar but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Interesting. I liked it. That uniqueness faded rather quick... so we opened two more 1/2 bottles to keep that intro alive. Spain rocks!

Had this wine in Havana at restaurant for 75 CUC...about $90....totally worth the money as full bodied and nice balance.

Vino de capa alta, tras oxigenación y decantado regaliz, cuero y café. En boca equilibrado, potente y con un final agradable y persistente, se mantiene perfecto pese a ser 2007.

Wine was pretty good (especially compared to everything else we've had), pizza, not so much. Maybe worst pizza ever. Barcelona should stick to tapas.
