Very balanced and expressive wine. A lot going on and very well made. I thought it was beautiful but thought it seemed to be lacking some soul. Is perfect ripeness perfect? Delicious as hell though

Rich, decadent, but with fine grained tannin, and hints of smoke, cedar and graphite. Excited to taste this but anticipate the increased use of Cabernet in the future!
