Full bodied, with well balanced acidity. Stone fruit on the nose with tropical fruits and minerality on the palate. Pairs very well with a variety of Thai dishes.

Delish. Just heaven. Chalk and flint, and offset with honeysuckle bright notes….a dream.

Some of the most persistent and well defined minerality I’ve seen in a white wine, really should be attracting more attention!

Holy moly what a wine!

Suburb on its own watching the sun go down..

A stunning and complex South African white blend, light gold in colour with a nose of unripe pineapple, brown sugar, and jasmine flowers. The body and mouth feel are exemplary with a mild buttery composition (hints of Chenin) and flavours of celery, lime, gooseberry and baked Granny Smith apple. Paired with a linguine pasta in a garlic, leek, lemon white wine sauce with wild Argentinian shrimp. Loved it.

Elaborate, super luxurious, genuinely special. Lemon pith + peel, beeswax, white peach. Nice long length. I wish I could drink this all the time. 🏆✨
