A stunning and complex South African white blend, light gold in colour with a nose of unripe pineapple, brown sugar, and jasmine flowers. The body and mouth feel are exemplary with a mild buttery composition (hints of Chenin) and flavours of celery, lime, gooseberry and baked Granny Smith apple. Paired with a linguine pasta in a garlic, leek, lemon white wine sauce with wild Argentinian shrimp. Loved it.
