Dark purple core reaching all the way to the rim. A dazzling array of ripe fruit fly out of the glass; blueberry, black plum and bring cherry with hints of mint and espresso. The mouth is full and rich, weighty with the texture of glycerine. The tannins are grippy with black tea like bite. There is an endless chorus of ripe, juicy fruit and a finish that never fades. Can't wait to try this in 10 years!

Insanely delicious, but could use some time to decant. Superb ageing potential. Bordeaux style blend, full bodied with high tannins, blackcurrant and cassis notes with a slight earthy undertone.

Like most of these wines from Blackbird. Dark ruby red in color. The palate is full of blackberry, boysenberry, black cherry black licorice, peppercorn?!? All mid & back palate. Drink them up soon.
