A surviving bottle from the earthquake. A pleasant surprise how wonderfully this has aged. Better than it was in earlier days. Mature but fresh Chardonnay flavors. No edginess of maderization at all. Recently we are rethinking the drinking window of all of chardonnays because they are proving to be quite long lived.

Such a great, balanced Chardonnay. Good minerality from Ritchie Vineyard, a bit of honeysuckle, good acidity, and well-integrated oak that's there for a bit of dimension, but doesn't overpower the crisp, refreshing qualities.

5 years old and this is pretty fresh and bright. Ripe peaches and marshmallow. Pairs well with Cowgirl Red Hawk, the stinky cheese seems to bring out some light sweetness. Great stuff.
