Ive had black lager and black IPA, but this is my first black cider. It's also my first alcoholic beverage that's branding itself as a health drink. It was really very good and completely different than anything I've had before. I would say it's better on its own than with food because of the strong, unique flavors and lavender/floral/herbal qualities. Try it if you can find it. #101ciderhouse — 8 years ago
Very tasty - crisp citrus with no real hint of oak. — 8 years ago
Unusual style for me, but I very much liked it. Tropical fruits and apricot preserves, I would have liked a touch more acidity, but overall quite nice. Full mouthfeel. — 8 years ago
I do enjoy a good Willamette Valley Pinot. Earthy, cherry, delicious. — 8 years ago

Nice flavor - slightly rustic with good fruit and, happily, not at all jammy. — 8 years ago
Still very young, but nice balance and opened up after a bit of airing. — 8 years ago
Excellent NZ Pinot, especially for the price. Solid cherry with a bit of rough floral, and a touch of black tea in the finish. I really enjoyed this. — 8 years ago
I'm late to the party with this one, but after years of hearing positive things about Flowers' Pinot Noir, I finally tried a bottle. I liked the cherry and bright acidity and definitely enjoyed it. For my personal taste preference, a little bit of earthy minerality would have added to its complexity, but overall very solid. I understand why people love it. — 8 years ago

Really like this wine. A bit more in the finish would make this an excellent wine, but still solid. — 8 years ago
