I'm late to the party with this one, but after years of hearing positive things about Flowers' Pinot Noir, I finally tried a bottle. I liked the cherry and bright acidity and definitely enjoyed it. For my personal taste preference, a little bit of earthy minerality would have added to its complexity, but overall very solid. I understand why people love it.

Bacon fat and green olive aromatics remind me of Porter Creek's Timbervine Ranch Syrah. Awesomely delicious Pinot that gets bonus point for relative affordability and accessibility. You can often find this wine at several grocery stores in Nor Cal.

This the way Pinot should be. Medium weight and very enjoyable.

Super light and translucent color validates, better a little chillier but does have a bit of a bite at the end.

Should be twice the price at least- an upgraded AZ, pairs very well with duck and fish, drinkable without being boring. BEP selection, 4/2019.

Delicious fruit and deeply complex medium body. Tried it in Houston 2018.

Layers of fruit, medium to light body and texture and tight finish make this my favorite fruity PN to date. Dangerously good for ~$40 (in Boston area). Great alone or on a consumption-heavy holiday.
