11’ Bevan EE. 50/50 blend of CF & Cabernet. Smelling it from 2 feet away as we pour it into the decanter. 2+ hours decanting.
Color- Dark Purple , Ruby red edges.
Nose - Juice strawberry jam, dried cherries, 👍.
Palate- Black Cherry, strawberry, high tones of dried herb, cocoa,licorice, spices.
Finish goes on forever! Drinking wonderfully! This from an 11’ !?!?

Dec 25th, 201710' Bevan Cellars EE Red Cuvée. I personally enjoy a well-made Cabernet with a "chunk" of Cabernet Franc in it. The older I'm getting the more I'm enjoying CF profile/flavors.
Give this at a minimum an hour decanting.

Full bodied. Blue & black fruits pop out, cider, espresso, pipe smoke also. This is why I purchase wine. Nothing truly stands out on this blend. Drink/Hold.

This is amazing. Everything you want in a red. Balanced, smooth, great finish. Really shines the second day. Beautiful wine!

Beast mode Cabernet for steak night, we are both recovering from colds and need a little more oomph on the palate!
Surprisingly great acidity, excellent blue and dark red fruits, very Grave like scorched Earth thing going on. Excellent wine.
