A nice dry drop to sock down some oysters with. Not the full muscadet experience I was hoping for but it was a decent effort, slotting in nicely between Proseccos.

Much like a Sauv Blanc. Very bright and crisp. Nose of citrus. Taste of bright citrus.

Citrus, grapefruit, white flowers and notes of caramel; bright, round and balanced on the more citrusy dry palate finishing with a saline quality. Especially nice with mussels. Les Bêtes Curieuses.
