Née Bulleuse Gamay Rosé

I reserve a higher score for a few more sips, I am so impressed and blown away at how fun and tasty this is, even a little serious in fact. Gamay sparkling, a new one for me. A #garagiste pick, I'd get this again for sure.

An excellent mousse, potent bubble streams, sappy red fruits and excellent fresh acidity.

Delightful with dessert. Just a hint of sweetness

Dry Rose. Lively and fruity fun. Bright bright red fruit. Nice aperitif.

One of my new garagiste_wine sparkling don't like as much (but kudos for gamay bubbles) so now it's in a mimosa :)

Really good wine with brunch. I love the dryness and structure. Can't go wrong with a sparkling rose from France.
