Vieilles Vignes Meursault Chardonnay

First bottle #premox second bottle outstanding. Yellow core (first bottle golden) delicate notes of cooked apple and pear, hazelnuts, brown sugar, and white mushrooms. Palate was still tight and took about 1 hour to fully wake up. Great complexity and balance. A delicate but lengthy finish. #dugatpy #meursault #chardonnay #burgundy #ctbucklinwine

This is absolutely gorgeous. Full, rich, almonds, roasted apple. A bit of creaminess on the mid palate with beautiful acidity throughout.

Premox again. Even more disappointed.

For a producer who typically makes red wine, this is fabulous. Flashy, but compact and powerful. #meursault
