Deep Ruby with dark berry fruit aromas and some oaky notes. On the palate ripe blackberry with cherry flavors, oak, pepper and some hints of vanilla spice. Nice mouthfeel, good balance, fine tannins, medium finish ending with soft oak. Tasting Sample.

Right off the bat, acid and tannic, dark cherries. The color is dark garnet with strong legs but still seems young for the 2013 Vintage. Second round brings more scent and blackberries, currant, plum and spice. No earthiness. Like a Vanilla Cherry Cola! I wouldn't guess this to be a Cab but I'm really enjoying it!

Oh my GOD. First Cab I try, and it is amazing. The mocha taste along with spicy = heaven. It's semi-high alcohol content (14%?) sort of scared me, I thought it might have a sour taste going down my throat but not the case, it's so smooth and just delicious. Now other cabs will have high expectations!
