This wine is of a great, deep flavor. Very rough leathery taste which isn’t like any other. A little bit of strawberry although hardly sweet. If you really try to taste it the white pepper flavor will overtake the wine. Overall a fantastic wine that is like something I have never tasted before.

Unique. Jura brings out the wacky. The wine is an acquired taste but heavenly with heavily spiced Middle Eastern flavors.

An excellent choice from Celeste’s owner Carminé. Served just fresh- light body and color, a bit cloudy but excellent taste. Good finish with light tannins and not too much alcohol. More red berry than darker fruit. Really a great wine.

Needs a good decant, but super herbal, savory with just enough high toned fruit. Has anyone had this wine with some bottle age?
