Saline, salt and brine. Maybe some yellow fruit and white flowers, but mostly the sea. For my palate, it could use a little more acid to brighten the whole package, but then again, I tend to be on the far end of that spectrum so YMMV. Sure is tasty along side some crudo, tho.

Powerful nose of slate, salt, petrol, with acacia honey, citrus peel, liquid rocks and a massive finish, phenomenal! this needs time in bottle and decanting would be a good idea.

Rock salt, pulverized sea shell, incredible complexity without the heaviness. Wow, the tannin level is extreme! I love it. This is absolutely exciting stuff!

Hard to rate, because the wine showed very withdrawn on the nose. Nice cool & mineral drive on the palate. I brought this wine to the tasting but if I would get this double blind, I NEVER thought this could come from such a southern place.
