Dairyman Vineyard sits in the southern alluvial plains of the Russian River Valley near the ocean, a region where cooling fog comes in through the Petaluma Gap in the morning and once again in the evening. Bright Ruby, some purple edges, with aromas of ripe berries and baking spices. On the palate flavors of raspberry and black cherry with herb, cedar and cinnamon. Smooth fine tannins, medium+ finish with lively acidity, great structure, ending with fruit and cedar spice. A Fav!

Impossible not to like this wine. Fruit forward in the Belle Glos tradition.

Fruit. Hint of smoke.

Vanilla. Oak. Vanilla Coke?

Fruit. So much fruit. A bit of sweetness on the finish.

I love this house.

Unfortunately it came second on the day.

Solid fruit forward, but this vintage lacks the structure I found in the older ones.

Over extracted and not Pinot esque enough for me

Bold and robust Pinot Noir...one of those Pinot noirs for people that don’t necessarily enjoy Pinot noir. This is a great wine that is wonderful on the nose and bountiful on the palette.
